What is the Council?

C.C.M.G.E.

The Maritime Shippers Council of Equatorial Guinea (C.C.M.G.E.) ensures efficiency and safety in loading and unloading operations at the country's ports. We promote best practices in the maritime sector, ensuring sustainable industry development and environmental protection.

Our History

The C.C.M.G.E. was created by Decree No. 70/1994, on May 16, to regulate and supervise maritime cargo activities in Equatorial Guinea. Its creation establishes a legal framework guaranteeing safe port operations and compliance with standards, facilitating trade and economic development.
